Professional & Aspiring Athletes 
Andrew and Karina have been training athletes from various sports by helping them become stronger and faster. They have worked with Olympians, professional and collegiate athletes.


​The goal of Sport Specific Training is to put athletes through drills and challenges that transfer into game like situations. Speed, Strength, Power, Agility, and Flexibility enchance athleticism.
