Our Flagship program that trains all the energy systems of the body. The training provides athletes the ability to successfully create time and space. Depending on the age of the athlete, programs are 3-5 days per week, with the option of adding strength training (weights) for those 14yrs and older.
Programs are 3-5 days/week and 7 weeks in duration. Different venues are utilized in order to train the different energy systems.
