Our Flagship program that trains all the energy systems of the body. The training provides athletes the ability to successfully create time and space. Depending on the age of the athlete, programs are 3-5 days per week, with the option of adding strength training (weights) for those 14yrs and older.

The ProActive Centre offers baseline concussion test to all athletes playing contact sports Baseline Testing is a multi-modal assessment of an athlete's balance, reaction time, visual processing and neurocognitive skills. When done pre-injury, it can be used to help assess future brain injury and determine return to play protocol for that individual. Baseline tests are often recommended for contact sport athletes, required by many organisations and schools, and are valid for 1 year.
