2022 Program New this year "Try the Seven S Program" Starts Saturday May 21, 2022 We gradually increase the number of training days every two week to give you a taste of the challenges at different venues. Seven S SUMMER Program
Our Flagship program that trains all the energy systems of the body. The training provides athletes the ability to successfully create time and space. Depending on the age of the athlete, programs are 3-5 days per week, with the option of adding strength training (weights) for those 14yrs and older.
Programs are 3 or 5 days/week and 7 weeks in duration Different venues are utilized in order to train the different energy systems
Monday JULY 4 - Saturday AUGUST 20 Mondays 7:00am T1 and 8:00am T2 @ Berkley Park (All groups) + Weights for CORE (training 1 group only) Tuesdays 8:30am @ Stoney Creek Stairs (All groups) Wednesdays @ Speed Unlimited for Weights (training 1 group only) times TBD Thursdays OFF (Personal rest and recovery) Fridays @ Speed Unlimited for Weights (training 1 group only) times TBD Saturdays 8:30am @ Brock’s Hydro Hill (All groups)
