We are dedicated to providing groups, teams and individuals the most up to date, proven and successful methods of training. Our programs are specific to your needs and the demands of your sport, following a balanced progression where athletes are safely challenged to be their best. The training focuses on the Seven S's (Scripting Success, Set, Stamina, Skill, Strength, Speed and Suppleness) and encourages participants to bring a fun, positive attitude. Professional or recreational athletes are guaranteed positive results. The Seven S Summer Conditioning Program is in its 20th year and continues to grow and provide athletes with the best training that allows them to get back to their competitive season fully prepared physically and mentally. The program challenges and develops all three energy systems in the body which allows athletes to recover faster, allows them to maintain competitive push during longer shifts and most important, increases their speed. Athletes are taught the importance of proper nutrition, mobility and are encouraged to use proactive recovery measures - Chiropractic, massage, physiotherapy to keep their body's systems in balance while decreasing the likelihood of injury. Trainers use the detect and correct method to catch any improper movements that may result in injury but more important, the immediate corrections allow athletes to build efficient movement patterns. The Summer Program is also lucky to have dedicated senior professional athletes that help young athletes, as they train side by side, to focus and learn the rope as they pursue their dreams to compete at the highest levels.
