From Tabata and Bootcamp to Stretch and Split Fit, there is a class for everyone. Our qualified instructors provide a welcoming atmosphere and allow you to train at your own level.
The goal of Sport Specific Training is to put athletes through drills and challenges that transfer into game like situations. Speed, Strength, Power, Agility, and Flexibility enhance athleticism.
Winter Development and Conditioning Program @ DSBN Academy
Come Join the 60+ athletes ranging from ages 10-60 for a fall-winter-spring program that focuses on developing CORE strength, proper running technique for speed and speed endurance. Five trainers keep a watchful eye, detecting and correcting form and technique for the safe develoment of all athletes. A great program to chase those winter blahs away every Monday and Thursday, November to April.
Seven S Summer Training
Our Flagship program that trains all the energy systems of the body. The training provides athletes the ability to successfully create time and space. Depending on the age of the athlete, programs are 3 or 5 days per week Program runs for seven weeks The 5 days per week program includes strength training (weights M-W-F) for those 14yrs and older. Different venues are utilized in order to train the different energy systems Mondays 8:00am @ Governor Simcoe Secondary School + weights-Training 1 only Tuesdays 8:30am @ Stoney Creek Stairs Wednesdays @ ProActive Centre weights-Training 1 only, times TBD Thursdays 7:00pm @ ProActive for Athletic Recovery (stretching/therapy balls) Friday weights @ ProActive Centre weights-Training 1 only, times TBD Saturdays 8:30pm @ Brock’s Hydro Hill
