Vaccine Passport Update The Ontario Government has lifted the requirements that all indoor fitness class participants and personal training clients, show proof of full vaccination status. Our instructors will remain masked during training sessions if anyone request. If you are in any way unwell, please visit your doctor and feel well before attending your training session or class.
