Our Flagship program that trains all the energy systems of the body. The training provides athletes the ability to successfully create time and space. Depending on the age of the athlete, programs are 3-5 days per week, with the option of adding strength training (weights) for those 14yrs and older.
Seven S Programs Starts Monday July 3, 2017 and runs until Saturday August 19, 2017. Programs are 3-5 days/week and 7 weeks in duration. Different venues are utilized in order to train the different energy systems.

Free information night Wednesday June 28th 2017: Open to all parents and athletes to discuss/explain program expectations, nutrition and the schedule. As well a presentation will be given by Sport Physiotherapist Dan Caterini on how the FMST (Functional Movement Screening Test) can be used to prevent injuries and increase movement potential.
