Our programs are specific to your needs and the needs of your sport, following a balanced progression where athletes are safely challenged to be their best. The training focuses on the Seven S's (Scripting Success, Set, Stamina, Skill, Strength, Speed and Suppleness) and encourages participants to bring a fun, positive attitude.

2014 review and 2015 upcoming challenges

March 30, 2015

Summer 2014 started the preparation for upcoming 2014-2015 seasons. The dedication to the training brought outstanding results on the ice, on the cross country courses, on the basketball and volleyball courts. Congratulations to all.

 

November 2014 signalled the start of another Monday and Thursday speed, speed endurance, CORE and power training. The number of athletes increased with a lot of new faces and returning athletes bringing different energy levels. We will continue to challenge athletes until April 17th, 2015. Athletes are welcomed to join us for the final 3 weeks and can talk to any of the Speed Unlimited trainers regarding one on one and small group training if you wish to continue training until the seven week Seven S program summer program starts at the beginning of July.

 

The Seven S Summer program for 2015 is expanding to include a female only program along with an all-sport group and our hockey specific groups of junior players. Interested athletes can download, fill out the registration form and return it asap to secure your place.

 

Looking forward to your participation in the challenging but rewarding programs.
